I recently had the opportunity to read and review Jason Fried and David Heinemeier Hansson’s Rework for the CSAE Trillium Chapter Forum Magazine.
Rework  is a collection of short, punchy essays on business lessons that the authors learned while building their company, 37signals, a maker of web-based applications for small groups, including the well-known project management software, Backpack.
I liked Rework for two reasons: It takes less than two hours to read, and it’s packed with 88 lessons that could turn the way you manage your association or business on its head.
